Commissioner Singleton was first to point out the obvious: why consider a tax proposal without looking at what the resulting program impacts would be? Why not talk to families and providers to learn what the program is accomplishing first?

This is a wildly undemocratic maneuver by Commissioner Brim Edwards, doing the dirty work for PMC and Gov. Kotek.
