All these birds and more are singing in Friary Park this beautiful morning

Thanks to the help of so many people, we were able to plant 300 native hedging plants this morning! We're hoping that in a few years there will be a beautiful hedge full of wildlife, screening the busy road.

We can't wait to plant new native hedges in Friary Park. Hawthorn, Hazel and Guelder Rose will support a wide range of insects and other wildlife, and create a barrier against noise and air pollution from the busy roads beside the park. Bring your spades and your friends along, we'd love your help!

Friends of Friary Park volunteers planted over 800 Spring bulbs in the park this weekend!! We're all in for a treat in the Spring. Thank you for all bulb donations including from lovely local charity, Finchley Pollinators
