For the train to London: only Terminal that makes sense in my eyes is Basel, since it already has a part of the station perfect for border checks towards France and running high-speed trains over the slow Swiss network seems like a bit of a waste.

This means you either need space to store a train right there, go over the long bridge to a yard beyond, or turn the train around immediately, which would kneecap capacity by a lot.
