I very much didn't want to make and process jelly tonight but it would otherwise mean leaving it for a few days and it's unlikely I'd get it done.

Still undecided on the plan but making juice for jelly seems the middle step that I can do while I decide. I want to suspend chilies in at least some but I can't find a recipe I like so Ball's basic it is. Thoughts @themallkrampus.bsky.social ?
