It's been an extremely rough year. Pepco has broken its own rules ok budget billing to adjust because otherwise we'd all be seeing several multiples in the repricing settlement payment. Which again I think is Pepco's problem not mine.
I've been hearing lots of complaints about high Pepco bills recently, and D.C. councilmembers are sharing the pain.
"I just got an $1,100 Pepco bill so I am beyond pissed with utilities right now. My house is at 68 degrees," said @robertwhitedc.bsky.social.
