Nabbed it and put it onto my "to read" list... but it's looking like it's still six months out or so.

Last night we were rewatching _Real Genius_ (that's about the amount of mental capacity we had) and the practical effects of the "popcorn" scene were striking - and done by building and trashing a popcorn-machine-house. I love CGI, but I feel like it would have done that scene much less powerfully.

P.S. Yes, I know NCC-1657 is the U.S.S. Potemkin. Not in my game universe! (I.e., I didn't want to fiddle with even more tricky decal replacements...)

I saw that one in Philadelphia and a lot of other cleverly scatological ones. The best was perhaps a little too spicy to repeat here.

When we bought our 1st house in 1993, one requirement was a room that could be the RPG room - wasn't big enough. Our 2nd house had to have an open floorplan so the LR/kitchen was the RPG room - wasn't open enough. I designed our current house with a great room to be the RPG room. Finally perfect.

Thanks to the Saucer Separation ability of the Constitution class, the last step, affixing the saucer, made it hard to hold it in place while the glue dried.
