Does anyone else find it odd that a man who worked closely with the CIA, and just got his permanent residency approved, would drive clear across the country just to shoot two National Guard?
It's not like he couldn't find National Guard troops in Portland, a much shorter drive.

As a veteran, I can tell you, they informed us on a regular basis that we can refuse an unlawful order. In fact we were told that we can be prosecuted under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) if we do break the law by following an unlawful order.
