If they're going to prohibit kids from having accounts, then they need to prevent family vloggers from posting those same kids' names, faces and bodies online, IMHO. I mean, if we're worried about protecting kids from predators and all.

Chrissie Hynde walked past me looking for OTC meds at the Dollar General on the ground floor of my apartment building. No one else seemed to recognize her, which I'm guessing she vastly preferred. She mentioned to her assistant how cool the building architecture was on her way out.

As a resident of his district, I can confidently state that this is likely utter BS. Talking a good game and then voting party line anyway is his modus operandi - done it many times. Rumor is that he's planning to retire after this term, so he has very little to lose even if he does dissent.

My thoughts exactly. This person potentially equating how folks in persecuted groups should navigate politics with the behavioral/learning patterns of middle school kids whose brains aren't fully developed is, at best, sus. Seems as a middle school teacher, they're used to talking down to people.

I would propose that this would not apply to those who work in nonprofits that care for the most vulnerable. I love the idea of a strike, but don't want to leave people in need. Perhaps a simple economic boycott for those folks, i.e., cutting spending to corporations?
