Her big thing was…how would dating interracial and more so white women affect my Black daughter’s confidence. I felt it was an attack a bit because she knows me as a father and my friends do so it’s kindve a silly question if you know me. I think it might’ve been some jealousy I need to check her on

Mind you. She has been dating a guy. We talk about him. Like we are honestly good friends. Come to each others defense. We wouldn’t work because 1) she wants children…I’m not sold on having one more 2) she wants marriage…based on my experiences def not sold on doing that again. 3) very biblical.

We're all straight, and we're all realizing that we're just so incredibly fine not dating. All the largely decent men seem to be married or in relationships. But even the "good" men are just so. much. work. And I don't know that I've ever gotten enough out of a relationship to make it worth it. 2/?
