It’s the 80th anniversary of the Nuremberg trials, and some people could use a lesson on the “superior orders” question.

Comrade Cotton can’t pass up the cheap shot at CNN (gotta keep the cult happy), but … yeah, it’s been done. Link to #APNews in comments.
Cotton on Trump's boat strikes: "Use common sense. If any of these had been boats full of fisherman or refugees, CNN would've already been on the ground & interviewed all their families & told their stories. We can be confident all of these strikes have been against cartel-based drug traffickers."

In a new phase 3 trial, people randomly assigned to receive a flu shot made with modified mRNA were 34.5% less likely to be diagnosed with an influenza-like illness than people given a standard flu shot made with inactivated virus.

We need to stop the anti-science attacks against mRNA vaccines!

There is an appropriate response to this. One on each hand, in fact.
Trump's censor in chief at the FCC, Brendan Carr, just sent a letter to the heads of BBC, NPR and PBS informing them he's launching a "news distortion" probe into the BBC's editing of a documentary on Trump's Jan. 6 activities.

Here it is:

This is the law. Passed down from our Founding Fathers, to ensure our military upholds its oath to the Constitution — not a king. Given Stephen Miller is directing much of a military policy, he should buff up on the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

He believes that will entail having people testify, but is asking the parties for their positions.

“Justice requires me to move promptly on this.”

Trump on Jerome Powell: "I'd love to fire his ass. He should be fired. The only thing Scott [Bessent] is blowing it on is the Fed. The rates are too high, Scott. And if you don't get it fixed fast, I'm going to fire your ass."

But in the wild, it seems that these tools likely contribute to strengthening belief in conspiracy theories for many.

New: I can confirm hasty US-Russia proposal being pushed to Ukrainians via Dmitriev-Witkoff to Umerov. It would amount to Ukraine’s capitulation, with people familiar saying it’s Kremlin’s maximalist demands.
-Ukraine army cut 1/2
-Give up certain weapons
-Give up Donbas
-Zelensky displeased

Classic #FoxNews head fake. On the homepage (No.2 story at this writing), it’s “defy commands“; on the story itself, it‘s “refuse illegal orders“—which, like it or not, is Commissar Hegseth’s obligation too.
