In a nutshell, the dissertation is an investigation of anti-systemic narratives, populist movements and counterpublics in digital alternative information environments. For the empirical part, I have been focusing on four case countries (Austria, Denmark, Germany and Sweden) from 2019-2022.

The biggest and most popular algorithm on Bluesky is the default "Discover" algorithmic feed. This is Bluesky's version of an X/Elon-style top-down algorithm that shows you posts that Bsky think you’ll like. You can train it by clicking “Show more” or “Show less” in the three-dot menu.
