Pretty happy with how January has gone as I prepare for my second marathon in October.
No specific marathon training just yet, just trying to build some consistency and shift some timber. Would welcome some lighter mornings and evenings for the runs now though!

And just like that the first time I've done three sessions (gym + 2 runs) in a week for several months.
The head still isn't where I want it but it's been a solid week. I'm feeling a lot more positive than I was a few weeks ago.
Don't spoil things now Argyle... 🤣

Since registering for Marathon 2 I was still struggling with finding the motivation and energy to get back outside but enjoyed some sessions in the gym with my PT.
Tonight the trainers were on though (with the running tights - it was freezing) and the road to Amsterdam starts here!

Having gone from Salah to Salah and Haaland to just Haaland, whilst Salah's performed in tough fixtures and Haaland's goals have dried up, has really hit my season.
Not overly happy with the team for this week, and still not set on my captain, but here we are!
