Fire Cider is less a "drink" and more an herbal tonic meant for immune system support, but he does take a cup of it every morning in bed, piping hot and sweetened generously with raw honey imported from La Noscea.

I HC that mulled wine is incredibly popular in Ishgard, especially when the Lords go hunting for sport, flanked by footmen lugging carafes of piping hot mulled wine for them to sip on horseback. He loves his with extra cinnamon so he can actually taste it.

Turkish coffee is what inspired me HC for his favorite hot drink of all time, Gyr Kahves, Gyr Abanian coffee brewed over hot sand with so much sugar in it, your spoon will stand up.
