I just remembered iPhone accessibility settings includes background sounds! White noise, rain, fire, etc.
In the past when I've been very stressed, ambient noise has been a great tool to help balance out.

I beat a pro! Mark Megalli is currently ranked 45th on Galaxy and 397th in the world. One blunder caused me to lose the error battle, a couple crucial doubles helped me win the match.
More important than the win, got a "well played!" emote from Mark at the end.
