There is definitely one good thing that came out from the start of Covid: To pay more attention to Indoor Air Quality. Otherwise I probably would have never had. And I would worry more about a hair in a glass of water than the 12 000 liters of air I breathe daily.

There are still very few restaurants who have invested in Clean Air in order to keep their customers and staff safer. Perhaps they should start with a Clean Air room. Just like non-smoking rooms. But then again they only lasted a couple of years before the entire restaurant
