I finally managed to catch a The Twilight Sad stripped back performance live on Tuesday and it was magical. @nathbrudenell.bsky.social is the amazing venue everyone has promised me it is, too.

Read some interesting stuff about the digitisation of #MentalHealth support earlier this week. While not much beats talking to a human, there are some great apps out there these days. Thought I'd share some that I've used either personally or in my work.

How was your Saturday afternoon? I paid £20 for two tickets to see a film about a flying, talking reindeer, trekked all the way to city centre and through crowds of shoppers, sat through 18 trailers for kids' films, only for my daughter to start screaming that she wanted to go home. Fun.

What did you do at work today? I helped build a Lego youth club to represent the 'space' element of the #LundyModel. Yes. I get paid for this.

This week was the first time I've done 3 #gigs in a week since my daughter was born in 2021. I'm fucking knackered. 2 of them were absolute class, though. Shame the other was ruined by the plethora of idiots in the crowd, mind.
