Finished the Robin Hood half marathon at the weekend. It's been 41 years since I first ran the race (note the officials with watch and notebook).

Today, for a treat, we both went to the Harbour Bar Scarborough for a Knickerbocker Glory. Dad says the last one he had cost half a crown. We think that's 30p.

I was interested to see the recent cover to the Iron Heel. Here's the original. As you can see the hands are reaching up to a brighter future. It's the very opposite of it's modern version.
