I never had a “bad” experience on public transportation. I can only say it’s because I got lucky, but also, I would look people in the eye and never allowed myself to be cornered.

I make my pumpkin pies from scratch. 1-3.5 lbs baking pumpkin makes 4 pies. It costs less and I can give a couple away to friends.
I don’t judge those who can’t cook/bake - but do the right thing & bring something good not something instant or 1/2 ass.

When I lived in DC metro, I took public transportation 99% of the time.
It got me out, active, and able to see and interact with people outside of work. It allowed me to hear what people were talking about, what they wore, and how they dealt with crowds.
