I was back in a congregation that was a neighboring parish when I planted a church in the same county holding a Celebration of New Ministry for their Rector who I shepherded through the ordination process and ordained a deacon and priest. Lots of folks I have known for a long time and new ones too.

True and no distinction should be made among the ordination and consecration of deacons, priests, and bishops.
