Alpha Protocol is really phenomenal, played it last year or the one before, an Obsidian game on all senses, and even in its flaws I had a great time!

I read Homo Deus and Nexus of his, both which are horrendous. And while I didn’t find much scholarship directly tackling them I did find one on Sapiens that criticised his early views of humanity, might be worth a look!
