WHITEHOUSE: *Rages*

WEISS: *Derails CBS*

WEISS: No amount of rage from the Whitehouse will derail us.

Okay but I'm pretty sure that I, Frank Black lead singer/songwriter of The Pixies actually figured it out

Well, yes, obviously. I ctrl-f all the time, predominantly with my own writing. Most often the use follows "I remember that one Johansson paper had a relevant section to this. What did that section say specifically"

Not a non sequitur! Read again, very carefully. Does my above statement preclude any possibility of movement, per your question?
December 21, 2025 at 11:40 PM
People aren't "Ctrl+F" their way through research. They read these things because it's what they like to do. Let me repeat: reading papers is enjoyable and fun. For folks who don't like reading papers: don't become researchers, you aren't cut out for it.

That's literally the job, Ian. And it's not hard to do because it's what we like doing.

They're not as good as The Breeders (don't tell Kim I said that).

Strictly speaking, it's not correct to call ML algorithms AI. The former is a real thing. The latter a marketing term.
December 21, 2025 at 11:05 PM
Guy, I'm the lead singer/songwriter of The Pixies. LLMs can never provide value because they are fundamentally exploitative. They exist to replace connection and cognition, making them always more destructive in the balance.

She's the last American who was alive during the Civil War.

Ah, but can it solve 10 million $100 problems?

Still no.

It really seems like "memorial" is modifying both men. Huge, if true!

Pretty terrible question. The number of newcomers is shrinking!
December 17, 2025 at 7:38 PM
Primarily yes but it was a Lennon/McCartney situation.
December 17, 2025 at 6:11 PM
Okay, what about the guy who wrote Gigantic. Did you know that it's in an iPod commercial? Even though it's about a big dick? Very funny stuff.
December 17, 2025 at 12:36 AM
I think it's extremely funny and I'm Frank Black, lead singer/songwriter of The Pixies. Are you gonna argue with the guy who wrote Debaser about what's funny?
December 17, 2025 at 12:28 AM
Come on Robert. It's not like they went and made a hit Broadway musical specifically targeting Mormons or anything like that. Clearly, Christianity is not only their biggest target but in fact their sole target.

It's possible to avoid Schrodinger by doing things in the Heisenberg picture. Sadly, Heisenberg was a Nazi. It's uh, it's real bad out there for folks who just wanna know how quantum systems evolve in time.
December 16, 2025 at 11:17 PM
We don't need to rename it. We can do everything in the Heisenberg picture and stop using our old boy Schrody altogether.

In fairness, a lot of this is on physicists. For example, we're legally required to mention Einstein's action being "spooky" and "distant" whenever the topic of entanglement comes up. And by we, I mean they, because I'm Frank Black, lead singer/songwriter of The Pixies and not a physicist at all.
December 16, 2025 at 11:13 PM
No. I'm busy that weekend.
