Oh dat is wel een leuk idee! Moet ik ff uitvogelen hoe dat in sql kan lol.
April 14, 2025 at 8:39 PM
Nee dat is niet raar want het moeilijkste onderdeel, de data, krijgen ze van de overheid. Er is nul innovatie op dit gebied alleen maar gegraai
January 25, 2025 at 8:03 PM
Haha op basis van knmi gegevens bedoel je?
January 25, 2025 at 8:03 PM
Ik zou ook zeker benieuwd naar zijn.

Het is het cda, die zijn gewoon social conservatief
December 5, 2024 at 7:09 AM
Yes but that I agree with! awareness and information should be much better
November 29, 2024 at 9:18 AM
Unfortunately some institutions seem to take that interpretation yes. To me that is insane.
November 29, 2024 at 8:53 AM
Yes but I don't think a comment should be personal data. Apparently some institutions interpret that otherwise
November 29, 2024 at 8:53 AM
I know. I just disagree that a comment like I'm writing now should constitute personal data. If I put it on a public forum it should be copy able.
November 29, 2024 at 8:51 AM
Okay I didn't knew that one but that is an insane overreach. Research into social media should not be hampered like that. That's exactly the overzealous edges I meant.
November 29, 2024 at 8:50 AM
No but everyone can copy it or take pictures of it. Scraping is not stealing something. It's copying something.
November 29, 2024 at 8:48 AM
Text vs picture. For the record I thing gdpr is a good thing. It's just that some overzealous edges need to be shaved off. This also goes on for example in insane permissions forms for medical data between doctors. Doctors should be able to share your dossier, they are saving you.
November 29, 2024 at 8:41 AM
The fact there are multiple Internet archives that make dumps of social media and other comments.
November 29, 2024 at 8:35 AM
Yes that is about pictures that is obviously personal data. I don't mean that any scraping should be okay. I mean that if I write a text as a comment on a social media its hard to see that as "personal" privacy data. You agree to put that text there so that everyone can read it
November 29, 2024 at 8:35 AM
Well that's the joy of this platform right haha. having a discussion. I just find it a strange interpretation that is all. And yes I might be legally wrong, let's see if anybody is going to actually do something about these datasets. Personally I doubt it
November 29, 2024 at 7:56 AM
Speeding is actually enforced. Nobody is chasing down random datasets around the Internet (unless it's a big company probably)
November 29, 2024 at 7:51 AM
If i post something knowing it will be publicly read by everyone then how is it reasonable that i can complain if somebody actually saves that?
November 29, 2024 at 7:50 AM
I just find it strange that if I post something to a public forum that that suddenly would be personal data. But I might be wrong then. Go ahead and bsky to close their api then. Because as long as that api exists people will keep doing this and ignore removal requests
November 29, 2024 at 7:09 AM
Has there been a gdpr case on linkedin scraping?
