So coming from a data/signal processing interest and staring at the endless stream of genAI/LLM hype, I can't help but to wonder: what is the state of other AI research? Research on time series, signal and data processing, ... aside from language based models.

Made some progress on github.com/fbegyn/tailf... this week and it's ready for a v0.2.0 release! This brings a oneshot generation for prometheus file SD, some tests and a controllable refresh interval #prometheus #tailscale #tailfire

As I promised last weekend, packages for github.com/fbegyn/tailf... are now available. It's mainly an easy way to get a precompiled binary. It's been a while since I actually did something with goreleaser, so don't be afraid to make issues if the install goes wrong. #prometheus #tailscale #tailfire

If you're using Tailscale and Prometheus, my latest project might be for you. github.com/fbegyn/tailf... makes your tailscale machines available as a HTTP SD mechanism that Prometheus can use. It's an early PoC, but functional and ready for more testers. Packages coming soon!
