7th September was Vladimir Kara-Murza’s 42nd birthday. He won’t be able to celebrate it with his wife and 3 children because he’s been locked away by Putin in Siberia for 25 years for daring to question Putin’s dictatorship. He won’t even be able to read letters because they’ve stopped them too.
