Don’t shy away from real people. Real stories. Real conversations.

Online or offline, there's great power in showing up, especially when it’s uncomfortable.

#Vulnerability is a superpower.

Looking back at the scared, awkward guy who would postpone meetings, hide behind emails, and run from real conversations, I’m amazed at how much I’ve changed.

Note to self:

...“I’m not ‘less’ than anyone else, like my mind tried to convince me.”

Slowly but surely, my confidence grew...

This morning, I wrapped up a call that went far beyond business.

We talked passions, dreams, goals, exciting opportunities.
And I genuinely enjoyed it.

It felt like I was constantly being watched and judged.

But then, I noticed something unexpected:

People actually listened.

I had meaningful conversations.

Nobody laughed at what I had to say.

And when things went wrong?
I learned. I grew.

“Maybe,” I thought...

Over the past few years, I forced myself to show up—one call at a time—pushing past the discomfort.

Whether it was a lead, a girl at the café, or someone interesting at the gym, I promised myself I’d always take the first step.

It was uncomfortable. It felt harsh...
