Ninety-nine percent of Wisconsin businesses are small businesses. They keep our communities going — creating jobs, building connection, and anchoring our Main Streets.

It’s time we start prioritizing their needs and making it easier for them to get the resources they need to thrive. >>>

Fran Hong says what we’ve been arguing since our very first articles:

“fascism wins when we can’t imagine better… making sure that power is answering to the people and not special interests.”

This moment demands transformational policies — because the challenges we face are too big for half measures.

We need bold action rooted in care, justice, and community.

“We are committed to showing up in spaces where folks haven’t always seen a candidate, especially a candidate for governor, show up and be willing to ask the question of ’What do you want in your next governor.”

Yeah we are!

“No one should lose their humanity behind bars.

Access to sunlight, hot showers, and connection to family are basic human rights.”
I’m proud to co-sponsor legislation to turn this common-sense value into state law.

This week, I introduced legislation that would cap energy bills at 2% of household income.

This bill is going to lower energy payments for hundreds of thousands of Wisconsinites and ensure that no one ever has their power or heat shut off simply because they cannot afford it.

Restaurants aren’t just where you grab a meal. They’re where stories are shared, friendships are built, and communities take shape.

Republicans don’t give a shit about you. They don’t care about our kids, our schools, or our teachers. It’s time to flip the legislature and finally build a Wisconsin worthy of the next generation.
