It was great to launch our "In Conversation" CIPR Cymru events with @itvcymruwales.bsky.social Rob Osborne yesterday. What stood out for me was that we must be authentic in how we tell our stories. Thanks to my co-host Mark Woods.

It's days and views like this that can remind me that taking a break from the pressures of work is so vitally important. That stepping away, enjoying the peace, can make all the difference.

Just a quick update following the CIPR announcement today that regional PRide Awards are to end. We've got good news that in Wales, the #CIPRCymruAwards are not going anywhere, and the Wales committee will be launching the 2025 Awards in the Spring. Watch 👀 this space.
