Chartered PR practitioner, who is all about telling beautiful stories for organisations with purpose. CIPR Cymru committee secretary. Outside of that, I'm a bookworm, dog, and horse owner, wife.
With one dog terrified of fireworks and three horses that aren't overly joyful at the bangs, I'm all for silent fireworks so that people can enjoy the light display. Without risking the lives of animals.
Like clockwork, we can soon expect another raft of harrowing news updates of petrified, injured or dead animals, and with them repeated calls to restrict the sale and use of fireworks falling on deaf ears ✍️ Stephen Price
Fireworks: A selfish pastime in need of change

It's great to see a stunt that looks to cause a reaction, more than just digital engagement or the number of shares. PR stunts still have their place and it's using them to create a conversation & being bold in the story you're telling.
📢 PR Stunt Alert: In a world glued to screens, Polaroid just shouted “Go outside.” And weirdly, it worked. Nostalgia’s back - maybe people will stop clubbing with their phones in their hands next too?
Polaroid’s new campaign pushes back against the reign of screens and AI, and celebrates analog
"The Camera for an Analog Life" campaign - to launch Polaroid’s newest camera, Flip - directly tackles digital exhaustion and offers a fresh antidote to digital overload

Made it to the end of my first week as Head of Comms for Cardiff Capital Region. It's an incredible role, a great team & so many brilliant stories about innovation, investment & growth to tell. It's where to start! #NewJob

It was great to launch our "In Conversation" CIPR Cymru events with @itvcymruwales.bsky.social Rob Osborne yesterday. What stood out for me was that we must be authentic in how we tell our stories. Thanks to my co-host Mark Woods.

I think what gets me is the "I just needed someone to listen for five minutes." It was an honour to meet Gavin & hear his story. We all have our mental health struggles & someone listening can be the start of something better.
As it's #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek we wanted to share Gavin's story. A veteran, who after a PTSD diagnosis found himself homeless & living in his truck, he talks about how his home at our Royal Victoria Court community has given him a new start.

It's days and views like this that can remind me that taking a break from the pressures of work is so vitally important. That stepping away, enjoying the peace, can make all the difference.

I was really pleased to support Tirion Homes through this rebrand. To see their values evolve & be represented with an updated tone of voice, colour palette and more to suit their ambitions. One for the career highlights.
Today marks a new day for Tirion Homes as we launch our new brand. Our purpose remains the same, it's all about creating communities that our residents can be proud of.
