It’s so great to see Saoirse’s post about our public library service get such traction. The consortium system we have here is a game changer. You can order any book from the entire public library shared catalogue (12 million items) to be delivered to your local branch, for free.
Public libraries are amazing!
Did you know you can borrow a book from any library in the country and return it to any other library?
Did you know they have subscriptions to huge amounts of national and international media that you can access?
