I googled "Atomiswave Cabinet" and found that this is the stand up version. There is also a candy cabinet that is intended solely for the Atomiswave. (Atomiswave is Sammy's version of NAOMI, from before they merged with Sega)

When I first got mine, the first thing I did was remove the horrific wiring. I presume that that was the isolation transformer for the monitor, but it was literally falling apart and was therefore replaced.

My handles are still intact because I never used them. I just hold the CRT by the metal frame.

When I was first removing my OK Baby's CRT, my dad advised me not to use the handles as he thought they wouldn't hold the weight of the tube. Evidently, he was right.
