We're doing more testing of 25.10 on our side, but pre-release tests by @phoronix-poster.bsky.social on Framework Desktop show some great performance gains:

Some of the last reasons to stay on Windows have been gaming related. Both the time from installation to in-game and gaming performance on Bazzite are now actually better than Windows on many games, and living room usability is more seamless too.

My new @frame.work laptop has an LED panel (9×34) so I thought it would be fun to hook it into my podcast downloader, and have it indicate how many podcasts are waiting to be transferred to my iPod.

It's working pretty well.
The LED matrix on the side of my laptop keyboard, with the three top rows lit up, dim at the sides, and bright at the center This means there are three podcasts waiting for me (except in this case, I explicitly told it to pretend there were three, because an all blank panel would not have made a very informative image).
