Eight years ago, I made an impulse decision to adopt a senior cat.
My bf at the time said, “I don’t want you to be heartbroken when he dies in a couple years.” (real “sweet” guy 😏)
Vlad is, *very much* still alive and kicking. And I’m pretty sure he’s actually an eldritch horror in a cat body.
