Thinking about it, VAR could have intervened. The foul ON Rico Lewis was studs up and out of control. Should have at least sent Referee to the screen for a subjective decision on whether to send off the Palace player, in the process giving them the authority to retract the yellow on Lewis.

Man City are very good yes but not on their current form. Yes they can have an wild week out of nowhere, anyone can tbh... But spurs missing both center backs didn't exactly mean glory and riches for me with Watkins and Rogers before the international break so....
