Congrats! As you noted in your paper, one of our lab members, Victoria Meslier, successfully isolated several members of the CAG-170 genus (three strains representing two species), although we only reported one.

To be honest, we had previously noticed your paper, but after choosing the name CroCoDeEL for our tool. We inadvertently forgot to mention it in the introduction because we were focused on software dealing with (meta)genomic data
