Is it just me, or is “practice learning in a community setting across health and social care” too vague? Community healthcare, community social care & residential social care are very different. And residential social care nursing still isn’t given parity of esteem???
We’re seeking Council approval to consult on proposed changes to our education standards, aiming to strengthen practice learning for nursing and midwifery students.

Two other common & painful reasons for #busyness (1) inefficient systems & comms in teams and orgs. (2) lack of boundaries around yourself & your time.

#RaceHealthDisparity 😞Maternal death rates in the UK have increased to levels not seen for almost 20 years. Black women have 3x & Asian women 2x higher risk of maternal death. Unclear how or where their #patientvoice #serviceuseradvocacy is heard. #MBRRACE reports are not for the faint hearted… 😞
