I start projects and never finish them. Interested in renewable energy and all manner of nerdy things. Aspiring author, my urban fantasy WIP has been described as "too cynical for YA" by another member of my writing group. he/him

Yes, they are, but this it the UK. So we're clowns too.

Or he just got a bit blasé around the deep fat fryer. Oil burns are no joke.

Having said that. The way things are going I'd be inclined to believe potatogoodness over the BBC...

I saw a thing on the BBC or Guardian about a kid that only ate chips and was completely healthy. Then about a year or two later there was a follow up article saying the kid had gone blind. I used that story for a few years to try to get my kids to eat more of a variety.

Teenager 'blind' from living off crisps and chips
Years of restrictive eating left the Bristol 17-year-old's vision irreparably damaged by malnutrition.

Just finishing Nona at the moment. It's been a few years since I read the others and I'm so confused (but still enjoying it).
Gideon was the book that prompted me to seriously try writing a novel. 60,000 words in atm.

We always buy too much. But somehow always manage to choke down whatever's left.

Round our way the kids only go to the houses with lit pumpkins outside, or halloween decorations in the window. Works pretty well as people without don't get bothered. Our area is quiet though. We never get more than a handful of trick or treaters.

Better vote Green then eh? That's the only other option other than Reform now.

That's weak my guy. We have a giant tart tin in our house called the graveyard dish. My partner found it in the local cemetery and brought it home. Obviously we washed it before using it, but not more than twice.

What I want to see: F-Zero, Golden Sun, Pilot Wings, Zelda, New IP.
What we will see: Pokémon Z-A, Splatoon Raiders, Hyrule Warriors.

For context: One egg is more than enough for a very large cake (if you're doing run out). That's a LOT of icing.

Turns out I don't have a face. I've tried over 10 times and it keeps failing.

But also, we are working on supporting a new DRM system called Readium LCP. It's not ready yet, but we hope to offer it as an option by the end of the month. We also sell DRM-free ebooks, but the vast majority have DRM.

Hi, I work for eBooks.com (but this is my personal account). Most of our eBooks have Adobe DRM applied because the publisher requires it. You are not locked in to using our app, but the app or device you use does need to be compatible with Adobe DRM.
