Because of these opaque, ever-changing, idiotic rules on every platform, people like me have to live in constant fear for our livelihoods. In exchange for imaginary harm against fictional characters, we make up rules that commit real harm against actual people. It sucks!

Lots of things that would be awful in real life can be fun or cathartic in an abstract fantasy context. People root for the killer in slasher movies, or think it's funny to run over pedestrians in GTA. It's okay. It's not real. But when it's porn everyone suddenly turns into a total idiot.

Did Luke Skywalker consent to getting his hand cut off? Did Art the Clown get consent to use a chainsaw like that? Did the guy from the beginning of Alien say "I CONSENT" to the facehugger? I must have missed that part.

Figure I may as well spread the word on this as if there wasn't enough shit to worry about: They're trying to pass SOPA again under the guise of the BlockBEARD bill and some other bills.
