Aaaaa thanks so much!!! I'm a huge fan - your Ravnica books blew me away and are why I keep running Ravnica D&D homebrew campaigns. And Shadowmoor is such a masterpiece 😊 The streamer Amy the Amazonian just started a book club discord starting with the first Ravnica book too, which is so exciting!

I'd personally recommend the Mirrodin cycle, Kamigawa cycle, Ravnica cycle and Lorwyn-Shadowmoor books (I haven't read Eventide). I'd avoid The Purifying Fire, The Quest for Karn and War of the Spark books, personally.

Pretty sure that's either from The Darksteel Eye by Jess Lebow or The Fifth Dawn by Cory Herndon? Books 2 and 3 of the original mirrodin trilogy. I believe a full list of novels plus a slight ranking is at draftsim.com/mtg-books/ I think.
