I've been learning to repair some pokemon cards, and was practicing heat pen use with this very water damaged Kangaskhan. The pen is a hard tool to use - getting enough heat and force without indenting the card more is hard, and you can see that in pic 3. But it still looks way better than before!

Pretty much everything has an audience of some size or another, but discoverability is terrible and that's a complex problem to solve but it sure isn't helped by giant media companies trying to use AI to make mass appeal sludge to take up space where cool curated things should be instead.

psst, no one is struggling with this - we are trying to create singular things that resonate with a huge audience or resonate hugely with a specific audience. We "struggle" with how tech and VC funding has broken almost every creative economy we have. So thanks but no thanks

Huh, I didn't know this happened with Expedition 33. Feels like they kinda slipped under the radar on that one with the anti-AI audience. I guess if people like your game enough, they'll give you a few strikes before you're out.
You know how to avoid leaving "placeholder" assets in the final game?
Don't use AI to generate placeholders: use clearly coloured and labelled mockup textures. Y'know, actual placeholders.

Mixed feelings, it's giving cosplay photoshoot in a way that I mean as very complimentary to cosplay and :\ for a major film. Cosplay photos often want to look a bit surreal/staged to help us blend costumed humans with a media's art style. But a movie should have its own look that serves its needs.

This is genuinely one of the most terrifying near-misses I've ever seen in hockey. That puck goes 1 inch lower, it is a horrifying injury that at MINIMUM ends a career, at worst ends Swayman's life.

If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.
