I haven't had any of those symptoms. I thought about the brain being affected but didn't have enough characters left to add it.

The only way to know "liver disease is coming" is to have a work-up done by a physician. And if you've been overweight all your life, and/or heavily used alcohol for years, you may well already have liver disease.

See a doctor. Don't wait for the "warning signs."
