Boundaries Setting can sound terrifying. 🫣 If you grew up people-pleasing or over-functioning, setting boundaries can feel selfish. BUT boundaries aren’t about shutting people out, they’re about staying connected to yourself while staying connected to others.

Are you feeling tired but you're focusing on what you didn't accomplish today? It's not a personal flaw to not complete it. We all transfer tasks to the next day. Sleep however is needed for attention, mood, stress management, executive function and more! You don't earn sleep, you deserve it. #ADHD

Rest isn’t laziness — it’s a need. For ADHD brains, rest can look different and that's okay. It’s whatever helps your nervous system settle and gives you a recharge without stressing out your brain. You don’t have to earn rest or figure it out alone. 💚
