The opponent adds a new piece + item every round, so you have to do your best to keep up
The AI is also a lot faster, so the further in you get, the smarter your opponent will be!

Chess is More!
The AI works with the items it has on the pieces, so you can't just rely on overpowering it with your own setup! In this case, it has an evolving piece and one with the gun item, allowing it to take my knight without having to worry about recapture!

Introducing CHAZZ (chess jazz)
The white pieces have all their normal movement, but because of the items they have they can also take like checkers pieces. The left most white pawn "evolves" when it's chilling in the center of the board. The bishop has a gun (can capture from a distance).
