Hiked up Hawkeye trail in Mack, CO today. At a distance, desert may not seem to be colorful. The colors pop everywhere the closer you get. For example, rocks can have so many lichen colors.

Baking bread at 4500ft above sea level is a new challenge for me. Are there any tips folks can offer?
So far I’ve noticed cheesecakes and breads need longer time. Some reading Ive done explain a little more flour in some cases while more moisture in others. 🍞
