Can’t do much but I’m getting my steps. Need a master cycle class I can do with a hurt rib and back pain ?

Took a kick to the head light drilling that left a nasty bump and I went out for a second. Came back a couple days later a popped a rib just drilling collar chokes

I’m having a sciatica incident I think and I got oral surgery coming … this is after year+ off after knee injury
Oral surgery is looking like 6 month off. We’ll see I guess before I make drastic decisions.
