Taking the day off work for the purposes of beer. When we arrived, one of the breweries immediately recognised us as the people who plied them with homemade pork scratchings at the Portrush Beer Festival and gave us free samples in return for another hit.

Took us a while to get there, but despite the transport disruption we did get to the Portrush Beer festival and I'm pleased to discover that our homemade pork scratchings pair nicely with the Brehon Brewery elderflower and seasalt IPA the other half is drinking.

I don't recommend you click on the link, because the analysis is bad and the prose is just awful.

But it's notable that this excerpt listing things the Tory party likes about Badenoch is entirely made up of issues where she's on the wrong side of public opinion.
