Even though the idea that women are "more moral" and different sexes have innately different "values" might feel flattering, it not only contradicts the Gospel (and historical reality), its also one that is rooted in and perpetuates patriarchal ideology.

I've written on this subject before, but I think the whole "masculine" vs "feminine" debate in institutions is entirely constructed by elites to avoid confronting the mechanical factors that drive institutions.

Theory works great as an introductory tool but it's worth remembering a lot of it is essentially programmatic: "what we believe" texts.
Which you can't wallow in endlessly: when it comes to apply/develop on those ideas, it's way more fruitful to jump the gap to studying actual academic subjects.
