Rainy day this morning, laptop lost, but Kharkiv still stands, grand, impeccably dressed, splendour in distress...

Russia killed Tetiana and her sons Nikita and Vasyl in Hlukhiv today.

The boys were 21 and almost 8 years old. Their dad survived.

The death toll is 12 as of now.

It is not just Putin who needs to be stood up to, but also Slob Orban. Seeing the Hungarians screeching and whining because the Ukrainians are finally allowed to defend themselves a bit better by hitting the source of murder in Kursk is just too much. Come on NATO.

Next time that Scholzer wants to make a phone call to Russia someone cut the wires or give him some kind of toy to play with, Ukraine does not need the kind of help that involves being massively bombed as retribution.

City of dreams
It's snowing in Kharkiv
Soft crystals covering
Coloured autumn leaves
Gentle snowflakes
A fragile blanket over our pain
Until the bombs drop again
And blood stains city streets
Washed by the winter rain
But the dreams, the dreams, they stay

Grab the moments of peace and quiet when you can — leaves and shadows don't always stay around, so even when busy, pause under a tree. Find a forest to bathe into, and find your inner soul among the branches and boughs of stately trees, or those blossoming with flourish. Go, before the petals fall.

Majestic it stands, my favourite oak surveying its lands — and survey it does; in some ways trees "see better" than us, with their many inquisitive photo receptor cells, receiving the light that provides ingrediants for buds to sprout, for blossoms to flourish, and the summer shade of green leaves🌳
