If you didn’t know, I work with people with intellectual disabilities. This is my favorite piece that my Thursday morning client did today. I’m not sure if the picture captures it but the pinkish red looks like it’s closer than the other colors. He calls it “Everlasting Blossom.”

Also I got this guitar today after I got home from the JPWR gig in Davenport. Pretty excited to play some absolutely stupid rock music on it in the coming weeks, months, and years.

I like things about this app but I don’t see as much funny stuff or posts like this as much as I still do on Twitter. Am I not following the right people or are there just not good posters here so much?

Not a good picture but my mashed potatoes turned out pretty good. I also made gravy with no big chunks of flour this year, so I feel pretty accomplished.

I haven’t posted here about the progress of the Jinnouchi Power record yet, so here’s an update from Sunday:

We had pedal steel wizard Nathan Emerson play on a song called “Uzumaki.” I used my Boss RE-20 set on reverb only to split the signal into Nathan’s Webb and my Blues Deluxe. It was gorgeous.
