As doughballs are an unfinished item whereas bread rolls are mixed, kneaded, shaped, proved and baked.

As an ex-baker (Hovis), dough becomes bread during the baking phase, where heat activation, moisture loss, aeration from yeast, heat transfer and drying out of gluten/ starch matrix. Changes dough into bread, both crum and crust.
I know a bit nerdy but I am a Food Scientist so that’s my thing.

I ordered something from Amazon the other week, which was not able to be delivered to the Amazon locker at the nearby supermarket. So I thought I’ll just get it delivered to work, open 24/7 for goods in and deliveries outbound.
And then like you I found out it was Evri. I’ve never seen the parcel.

“If gaffer says I’ve missed a bit one more time, I’ll….”
Cue the gaffer clearing his throat.
“Lad, you’ve ….”
Ensuing swearing from young‘un on the ladder.
I can hear them now.

Thank you, as I was building the kit I saw I could pose the stowage box open up. So it got some more odds and ends inside it. A random selection of Value gear stowage. Think this is the third kit I’ve used pieces from the same pack.

Cheers John. It’s been a long project this one. Might get it finished before we get any bad weather. Apt as I started it in July.

Thank you Stef. It’s a combination of Tamiya powder snow, with some of the AK Ice sprinkles and snow micro balloons. I think some more of the sprinkles will give it that powdery look.
Just need to finish the figures: oil paints for flesh tones.

I have found it slow to begin with but steadily I’ve built up a few good connections. Mine tend to be scale modelling and archery. Not much motorsports but I haven’t looked that hard though.
