Nobody talks how painful it is when the people meant to help you can't.
Like it's always "go to therapy" or "talk to a psychiatrist"
But nobody ever talks about what to do if those things don't work.
...They also don't talk about the additional pain you get when you realize you can't be helped.

When some people look at a picture containing a liminal space like this, they go like... okay hear me out, what if this place... but scary and monster and torture people
Personally, I look at this and see a HUGE wasted oportunity for people to make something beautiful. Something weird yet pretty.

Does this function have any particular name?
When a > 0, then f(a) = 0.5 which I find pretty neat because it allows me to control how steep the curve is.
It has two asymptotes (y = 1 and y = -1)

call me a psychopath all you want but like 50% of the things I use are in light mode because in most cases I don't care enough about dark mode to turn it on if it isn't the default.
